A week long holiday will run from Friday or Saturday 4.00pm arrival to Friday or Saturday morning 10.00am departure.
Please Note:- When booking a week or more holiday.
Dartmouth, Cornworthy, and Tuckenhay cottages have a Saturday start date .
Salcombe and Dittisham cottages have a Friday start date.
We are only open for 20 weeks of the year please look at the calendar below for details.

Short Break Tariff 2 - 3 - 4 or 5 nights 2012
2 Night stay 35% reduction of weekly rate.
3 & 4 Night stay 30% reduction of weekly rate.
5 Night stay 20% reduction of weekly rate.
• Your Deposit Payment is calculated at 30% of your total holiday price. This amount is payable upon booking.
• Balance 8 weeks before start of holiday.
• Late bookings i.e. those made within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
• A security deposit of £100 payable in cash is required on arrival (see terms and conditions for details)
