Availability & Tariff
Checking the availability of all our holiday cottages couldn't be easier. Simply choose the cottage you're interested in, followed by the month in which you are planning to stay, then click "View Bookings". Our availability calendar will display all the available and booked dates for that month for your chosen cottage.
The availability calendar only shows the nights which are booked and not the date of departure, for example: a week long holiday will run from Saturday 4.00pm arrival to Saturday morning 10.00am departure.

• Your Deposit Payment is calculated at 30% of your total holiday price. This amount is payable upon booking.
• Balance 8 weeks before start of holiday.
• Late bookings i.e. those made within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
• A security deposit of £100 payable in cash is required on arrival (see terms and conditions for details)
